memorable mercantile ...

my original photo with a vignette applied. A dilapidated white wooden building stands forlorn on an abandoned street, its façade bearing the faded sign Kublers Mercantile. Boarded windows, peeling paint, and overgrown trees encapsulate the forgotten charm of this once-thriving local business in a rural setting. The overcast sky above suggests a quiet, still atmosphere in a deserted town. prints available. see more at www.footeprintart.com

Judy, nicely done. Might make a more antiqued looking tintype too

thank you ! good suggestion on the tintype ...

You’re welcome Judy, really like Kober’s Mercantile building and what you’ve done is nice, and it was you edge fading that made me think of the tintype and if you continued that texture thought out you’re image it might look neat, maybe with the existing colors, maybe faded existing colors, or a sepia tone or some other monochrome version, at the moment I can’t visualize a tintype right now, insufficient memory at this thing ;-)
