In this photo we have the Outer Banks in North Carolina, featuring HWY12 Marc Basnight Bridge and historic Coast Guard Life Saving Station. The bridge gives access to Hatteras and Rodanthe from Nags Head in OBX. The new bridge replaced the famous Bonner Bridge with only a part remaining as a fishing pier today. Oregon Inlet is a dangerous inlet marked by Bodie Island Lighthouse, just across from the inlet but not featured in this photo. This is a magical place to visit.
