This is just awesome, love the feeling of B&W, expression and the perfection in her features sharp yet soft, excellent highlights and eye contact with the camera. Thanks for sharing this exceptional image.
Great work, and great choice of equipment. I am a graphic designer not a photographer- you can really notice where the Hasseblad pulls away from it's DSLR brothers on a shot like this. Look at the dynamic range in the hair, it is amazing. In a DSLR shot, you would see flat areas of black in parts of the model's hair that in this beautiful shot, can be seen.
