My number one accomplishment is that my wife and I will be celebrating 15 years of marriage together in 2015 and we have 6 incredible children. Yep 6! We are a bit crazy but we love it and wouldn’t have it any other way.

In January 2014 I was named by Brandsmash as one of the Top 30 Most Influential Photographers in the industry. I’ve had my photographs printed in a number of high end publications and magazines. In addition to being a dad and wedding photographer, I also teach workshops to other photographers, speak at conferences and am a senior writer for one of the industry’s top photography blogs, Fstoppers.com.

I buy nearly everything on Amazon, they got me hooked with the Prime 2-Day Free Shipping. I love all kinds of music and listen to it as often as I can. OtterPops are frozen treats from heaven. I could eat Thai food every day if I had to – well maybe throw in a bean & cheese burrito on Wednesdays. Phone calls are my weakness. I prefer email, text messaging or even video conference calls.

As a family we love to take spontaneous trips, visit other cultures and travel outside of touristy zones. I’ve been shooting weddings full time for over 5 years and don’t plan on stopping. I love it too much!
