'The 12 Days of Photography' Will Make Your Monday Better

Who knew that you could remember to shoot in raw by throwing eggs on the floor? If you're looking for something to get through your Monday morning, this funny video should help.

Created by Ed Gregory from Photos in Color, this song reminds beginners of all the things they need to remember, but it is also an entertaining watch for seasoned professionals. Everything from ISO to Gear Acquisition Syndrome (G.A.S.) gets a nod. I remember when I was a beginner that remembering shutter speed, aperture, and ISO in tandem was a bit foreign at first, and maybe being a musician, I'm a bit biased, but a song would have been very helpful, particularly when I was unversed in the technical language of photography and looking to break free from the din of abstract terms being thrown at me like my ninth grade French teacher trying to teach me the COD (we could have saved months of anguish if he had just written a song). Even though we're about as far from the holiday season as possible, it's a welcome carol. Hopefully, it'll brighten your Monday just a bit, and you'll never forget to shoot in raw again.

Smile reacquired, thanks for posting!

I you need "to get through your Monday morning", then you need a new job, not a video.

I bet you're loads of fun at parties, too

If this is your first thought, I am guessing, you are clown then. I bet this is some kind of occupational disease.

Enjoyed that, love their imagination!
