Fondue, a traditional Swiss dish. Garlic, whitewhine, cherry schnapps and of course, cheese. Eating it involves a little bit of skill though, which is actually a good thing, because although it's delicious, it's sure to give your stomach something to ponder during the nightly hours of inevitable insomnia afterwards. Also, it's the suicide of choice for the lactose intolerant.
