Arguably the most memorable moment of this part winter for me in the arctic was this: very last day of January. The wind was blowing the snow everywhere, sometimes making it hard to see around, but on top of the mountains around us, the clouds were going haywire! Every once in a while, the wind would allow the snow to settle for just a few seconds - and during one of these brief moments, i was able to snap this shot. I had to wait a while until i could shoot some more, but i was most happy to stay out in the blizzard for a display such as this :)
