Winter's Blanket

I love grass, always have. Ever since I was young running barefoot through the yard with it laden with dew. As I grew and got interest in photography grass became a favorite but challenging subject. Persistence and experience yielded to more and more successful images.
During a late winter storm, snow covered near about everything. As this blanket retreated to warming temperatures spring new greening stems and stalks appear within last season’s hay.
