Drones are becoming more popular, cheaper, smaller, and overall better than the ones released years ago. Many more are being sold each day. With that comes new experiences for many of us. Recently, Mike Rowe took to Facebook with his recent experience, or should I say recent invasion. We all know when it comes to celebrities, privacy is always being pushed to the limits. They usually experience cameras sneaking into their daily and private lives, but this is a particularly intrusive instance.
Mike experienced a drone outside his window watching him in his sleep without clothes. For many of us, this would be startling and probably would have caused us to take the same measures Mike did, maybe even pushing it further instead of stopping to realize what we were doing like he did. Many are stating he should have shot it down. As drones become more and more popular, I suspect this won't be the last case of invading celebrities, models, and other people's privacy. There're already some pretty interesting stories out there about people and their interaction with drones out in public areas, but now with them invading residences, this could put further regulations on drone flight.
If this had happened to you, what would you have done?
Meh....idiots have been snooping outside windows with telephoto lenses for decades. Not news now that it's with a drone.
Except with the lurker outside your window, it's clear who it is. Drones, not so much.
OK, so the "Paparazzi" have discovered Drones [...] LOL, guessing it was inevitable.
