like the shot, don't know about the vampire eyes though.

At first looks like a lot of retouch and gels used, but than I'm not so sure. Guess you used the light in your advantage
No gels were used. Mix of daylight off a reflector, bulbs in space, and light coming through a window off to the side.
I wondered why you missed the color of the eyes. After analyzing I noticed that no gels were use nor eye color mised ;)
