I took this portrait using one Speedlight. But there are two photographs inside this. First click was taken by lighting the face. Then second click was taken in same position by lighting his hand. Then I merge those two images using Photoshop.

Appreciate the technical explanation. It doesn't really seem like a "high school graduation" photo though. Too dramatic and unengaging.
