Cool Photo! She looks really great. I'm wondering though, I feel like I should be looking at something interesting to her left, but there's not really anything I want to look at there. Also, her necklace is a little crooked. That is something that happens to me a lot too. You get the shot only to realize an accessory is a little off. Other than that, I really do like this.

Agree with Xavier on background my attention keep falling away to the right and what looks like a buss stop sign. Tighter crop would concentrate my attention on her happy expression.
