Cool Photo! She looks really great. I'm wondering though, I feel like I should be looking at something interesting to her left, but there's not really anything I want to look at there. Also, her necklace is a little crooked. That is something that happens to me a lot too. You get the shot only to realize an accessory is a little off. Other than that, I really do like this.
A lot of care in this picture, Care to get the lovely back lighting. Nicely balanced fill coming in from the left. great angle. Agree with Xavier on background my attention keep falling away to the right and what looks like a buss stop sign. Tighter crop would concentrate my attention on her happy expression.
