Gorgeous image! A three star for me for sure. It would easily be a four star if the light post and flagpoles were cloned out. As it is, a great shot!
Actually I was looking for an angle not to have those in the scene, but just not possible (I felt like I need to have a bigger part of the building there), but editing it out is not what I do instead I use a vignette to hide those a bit. And about the vignette... not happy with it now, feels like a square.
The vignette definitely draws the eye towards the center of the photo. So that is working for you. I just noticed them in the corner when my eyes started exploring the image. it's not a huge issue, it would just elevate it a bit if they were not there.
I meant I used a square to create the vignette here rather than circle/oval and when looking at the miniature it is obvious ... have to find a better way to do so, on the other hand I think I nailed the color of the vignette (not really the exposure of it) ... I like to be very critique to myself :-)
