Its a nice start. Definitely not a snapshot. Maybe stepping back a bit, if possible, and getting a wider view, could have helped. Part of the issue though is that the light streaks are wavy, which isn't something you could necessarily control. A very nice start though.
Im a bit confused as there is no Vehicle present.
