I think I'd rate this a high 2, or low 3. There are things that I like, and then things I just don't. The tilt to it, for me, isn't needed. The pose also seems a bit unnatural. Maybe if she was opening the door, or had her hand on the door handles. Or even if she was leaning a bit more on the car. The lighting though looks good, and the overall composition is solid.
