I sincerely love the composition, lighting and natural approach to the retouch (if there was any at all)! I just can't get behind the colors. The skin tone looks kind of ill with the greens being so dominant. Also in my opinion the large earring doesn't necessarily fit in the very natural style for me.
Agree with Lennart. Seems to be a little too green. The two or three strands across her face are bothering me :)
