her under eyes kind of catch my attention in a bad way but I still think it's a solid shot.

I feel like a more centered composition would work better. Similarly I'm not a fan of just the tip of the head being cut off. However the focus, lighting, and retouching is all pretty good. I would maybe look at blending under her (as looking at image) right eye though as that line feels a little hard and out of place. Also maybe bring the lipstick out slightly on the right towards the corner of her mouth.
