First what I like: The makeup, the look on her eyes, the color in general.
What I think could be better (personal opinion): The skin is overly retouched for me (but, since you did her skin that much, you could have taken the mole off of her cheek, it is a little distracting at times).

Good lighting and I agree with Cristian on the skin being retouched a bit too much but I know you had the right direction in mind which is why I am even giving CC.
Two things: I would definitely change the pose because we can see that you deleted a wrinkle on her neckline caused by the pose. Indicated by the texture above where it was, transitioning to extremely soft, and then returning to normal skin texture towards the middle of her neck.
Second thing I would change is the lighting height because of her black hair. It's difficult to light black hair properly without causing hot spots but photography is hard lol.
I like seeing photos like this because we all need good CC and like I said in the beginning, you had the right direction you just need to perfect the technique!
