Although I actually really like the lower makeup painting where portions almost look bird-like, I feel like the face makeup is a off in some places (especially the lips) and the skin maybe too smoothly retouched.
In addition to what Tom said, I'd add the the seam between the model and the bg looks very harsh. In fact the bg isn't working here. The model's hair could use a little more light to bring back some detail.
