3 stars??? Are they seeing this shot with their ar*es??
Maybe better to showcase one of the later 'well kept' pictures for the competition then? Because just from this picture it doesn't really make me feel beauty or focus on the hair. Looks more like a fashion editorial.
(but you are averaging 3 stars now, so... what do i know ;) )
