I feel like a mean nitpicker... I do wish that the rickshaw is just a touch sharper.
Believe you me, I've tried these shots before. It's not easy.

I don't think you could sharpen it via editing.

The panning speed is just a hair off from the speed of the rickshaw. I don't think there's much you could do but to get multiple shots and try quite hard to the rickshaw.
