I think the picture is really great. Gets you thinking, too, which good street-photography should do. Here I actually wonder what got this guy to walk around in the Holocaust Memorial with this costume.

I was just think how mono this shot was when I saw Elmo..Masterpiece. Take the somber out of Memorial.
