I think your composition is strong, however I think I would be even better if the cruise ship wasn’t in the frame and maybe add a bit more exposure to the foreground.
Edit aside, this composition is super interesting actually to me. Idk why this is getting rated so low. I love the progression of objects from close to far. Not many photographs have this many stops and distances and I love it😄
