This is a baby horseshoe crab. The image was originally created to represent Brown in a color series. The set up is on a single sheet of brown paper. The crab is only about an inch in length. Taken in natural light from a window.

did you brought a wild animal in captivity just for taking a shot?
Nope! Horseshoe crabs are like other crabs - they shed. This is an empty shell of a crab. i just put the sand in to give the impression of motion.
