I would advise using the light more, perhaps having the model turn the other way and lift their head slightly to face the light, at the moment the highlight is the ear/check and that draws your attention more than the face. Also bringing the light closer to the model will create a more dramatic falloff (if its natural bring the model closer to the slight)
