her white outfit caught my eye, the racing bird caught hers. everybody was moving including me. shot on sacramento street in san francisco at 1/750 sec at f/6.7, ISO 250, 70mm with sony A7ii. not quite fast enough for the bird but can't imagine planning this moment.

Really caught my eye. Just as you described. The bird's not quite as successful, but a slick capture, just the same. It lends a surrealistic element.
Nice composition, but the edits are a little much. I would not have reduced highlights or increased shadows
