I really like the concept; The reflection of the bird and how chaotic this image is. However, I think the bird could be more sharp, and I'm noticing some pretty heavy chromatic abberation appearing on some branches. I think you may have a cropped this beyond what your gear is adequately able to portray. I think that this EXACT image taken with a Sony A7R3 with a GMaster quality lens would easily net it a 4.
