Think this shot is pretty well lit, my only criticism is that the background has a hazy orton effect that i dont like.

I think the shot is executed perfectly and it doesnt need it.
This has great lighting, great posing, my only critique is as the other had commented with the haze and smoothing. You've got another shot in the submission that is really clean and reformed.
Waaaaaayy too much retouching of his skin. Also not a fan of the haze. This picture definitely has good bones, it was the post processing that broke it.
Men's skin should have grit to it in my opinion. I want texture. I would never smooth men's skin more than just a tad if absolutely necessary. it's personal preference, but I think this would be over done for most people. The light is great.
