I gave it a 3 but it could be a 4 if the horizon was straight. the waterline is not level. This can be easily corrected to make both the lighthouse vertical (it appears to be) and the waterline level. It looks like from the waterline on the left, to the top of the land on the right, is level, but water is always level, so the photo leans down to the right.
You are definitely right there. Neither the water nor the lighthouse is perfectly straight. This photo is some years old now and looking back on it I completely agree with you. Cheers!
