This is a shot taken on the bank of Songhua river, Harbin, China. A man is walking his way on the frozen river, from the newly-built High Speed railway bridge side to the 100-year-old China Eastern Railroad bridge side. It's like a most significant and symbolic scene of how Harbin changed within a hundred years history. The left half stands for the history of been colonized, and the right half, built in 2014, helped people rethink profoundly.
