I was at a San Francisco Giants baseball game a few years ago. After the game was over I was walking across a bridge to get back to my car. The view of the ballpark with the stadium lights on was very dramatic, what with the light reflecting in the water, so I stopped on the bridge and took a panoramic shot with my iPhone 4S. Midway through the shot the stadium lights went out, and it was captured in the panorama. Completely accidental, but it turned out pretty cool looking. I added the filter effect in Photoshop after the fact.
