I really like this, though a longer exposure and no foreground could turn this into a really lovely fine art print.
I do agree with you on both counts.
The cliff was icy and way too dangerous to stand that close, let alone to step even closer (and exclude foreground). I'll take tripod with spikes and better filters next time :)
