At Place de la Bourse in downtown Bordeaux, France, is a large water feature that cycles through modes including one that makes a nice "water mirror" (Mirroir d'Eau). It's iconic and the most oft-photographed spot in Bordeaux probably. Here it's just misting the water and the locals just meander across it like a normal sidewalk, which I found entertaining.
