This is the incredible Alexander Nevsky Cathedral located in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
The sky was amazing, but the lights were off. Later, they turned on the lights, but the clouds were gone. So, I recalled a video from Elia were he spoke about "blending moments in time", I gave it a shot, and this is the result.

Very nice! A lot of work and thought here, and I like the blue color balance contrasting with the warmer lighting. A good job of blending the two photos. The verticals are straight and parallel, highlights are not blown out, and there's shadow detail where it should be. The key to editing photos like this and other HDR photos is to keep them from looking like HDR.
