Very nice image.
Personally feel the colours are a little too saturated for my liking. And it feels like the image is leaning to the left, looking at the horizontal line on the fountain, and the vertical lines of the building behind the fountain.
It could probably use a 5 degree tilt or so to the right
love the use of the long exposure though, the clouds and the water really ad to the image.
