It had to have been thrown there. I shot this from a bridge in Dallas Texas. it was in the middle of a swampy area at a point you couldn't get to without mucking through a far distance. this is what makes me think it was tossed off the bridge.
I'm actually in Denton. Took this shot off the Ron Kirk bridge. They turned it into a park after they built the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. DFW in general has a great photography community.
