What was your intent with this photo? I feel like it has a lot of potential and promise but is trying too many things at once. If it is a study of light in general, then I think there is too much information, and I would like to see a closer crop. If the intent is to capture the light trails, then I think there are better locations or angles, But if your intent was to capture these particular lights, on this particular bridge, then I think a wider crop would help the image more.
