I was commissioned to create a Harry Potter themed wall art piece featuring these four family dogs. I'm proud of what I was able to deliver to my customer with only 3 hours to shoot four dogs on location in a family's kitchen.
I still feel like I'm only a beginner at this type of composite artwork , so any tips on how to make my subjects feel more blended into a background, or any artists that I should be following to learn how to make smoother selections, I will greatly appreciate any and all recommendations.
I think it's a fun and cool concept, the biggest gripe I see is the drop shadows and borders you added, on the blue one it feels quite nice but on the rest it feels too tacky.
Just use the same blending options for all layers!
Good luck on your next composites :)
Thank you for the constructive feedback Marc.
