The Copycat Photographer.
You know the one. You spend the time setting up your shot for your portfolio then suddenly someone stands next to you and take a snapshot for their Facebook, Instagram and probably some contest somewhere and great reviews from their friends.
NOTE: No photographers feelings were hurt in the shooting this image.

2, as obviously thought went into framing the model in the arm of the photographer, which automatically doesn't make it a 1.
But, that's about it. Unique, yes. But I don't think there will be a place for something like it on a portfolio. Perhaps a "behind the scenes" section or "over the shoulder" section, but then the focus should/would be more on the photographer.
As title of the image in "The Copycat Photographer" a rating of 2- ⭐⭐ is exactly what I was aiming for and since you state it is Unique...
