This is 1 of 3 in a train series I shot along the Columbia River Gorge. This was the 1st shot that inspired the series when I had the idea to take exposures to freeze the train, include light trails, and a powerful sky while using the hills of the Gorge to frame the landscape. The train was taken during golden hour and the rest of the scene was taken just as blur hour began and the sky turned this beautiful shade of purple.
