very nice shot, easy 3 for me (3.5), love the lighting and colours. the angle is nice and original too.
maaaaybe straight on from the back would be nicer. or slightly more from the side to get the wheels in. but that's not always something that can be done at the time.
Perhaps a 5x4 vertical crop? But I also like the lighter concrete, so I understand why this crop was made.
Only think I'd say would be the numbers on the window. I know it's a drag race event, so they will be there. But maybe it's doable to edit/clone them out of the image? just to clean it up.
And then I would probably get rid of (desaturate) the red car in the right window reflection too. Just to really focus on the blue's and grey and only let the red of the tail lights pop.
