Would agree that the kettle bell is a bit heavy in the frame. And takes away from the image.

Having boxing gloves at the beach.. is.. well.. I guess you can do boxing there too? But I'm here just thinking how much it would hurt to box with gloves that have sand in them. It would be like punching sand paper. So having them buried like this is perhaps odd. So again, I'm not sure if the props really need to be there to frame the image.

I'm also not sure if the lighting or angle are doing the proportions any favours. the models' (lower) legs, (for being one of the closest thing to the camera) seem thin. One arm seems a lot longer than the other at this angle that they are at and due to the blur.
Also his head seems relatively large with the other proportions. Possibly because it's more in focus than the blur of his upper body.

I'm struggling to figure out why, but I can't un-see it

It's still a good image though with the action well captured.
