I think you have all the elements here to make a really good photo. My major critique is – I feel – nudes aught to highlight, and call attention to the body's form. A head on shot like this with no curvature or attempt to get more shape out of her pose isn't really highlighting the form.
I'm sure you have some shots where there's more of an accentuated shape. Flip through and post that one.
I might as well say it, that the grass cutting her off at the knees is giving me a real amputee vibe. If you cropped in, or had any leg below the knee - I don't think I'd have this problem.

Shes just naked to be naked. That is what gives nude photos the negative associations.
She's a nude model, she's always naked.
