I love the foreground composition but feel the background is too busy and distracting. There is enough details in the foreground to tell the story. I think a more bokehed background would work if possible.
Thanks for your comment. It's makes a lot of sense from a portrait photography point of view. This was taken at Disney world. I actually think the background should be more sharp from story-telling perspective. I think the viewer should naturally be attracted to the background right after seeing the foreground. The story is more enriched and meaningful that way. I know this photo may be more suitable for travel photography if the background was sharper. I was hesitant to post it here, but I really appreciate your comment.
