This is my friend Athena, I call her a goddess because she's shredded like one. Days before the shoot, I linked to her a video of Henry Cavil explaining how he only drank water (no food) for 3 days to look more muscular. Day 1 he only drank 1 gallon of water, Day 2 was half a gallon, Day 3 no water, then he shot the bat tub scene for Witcher (on Netflix) on Day 4. When I asked Athena to do this, she laughed at me and proceed to Intsa Post her Chipotle Bowls. I had to Dodge and Burn The muscles to make them look more define.
This was shot in my friend's apartment with a black paper backdrop, one foam board on each side he painted black, and a single Octobox Strobe for lighting.
