Nude Photography

Not exactly a nude, but I really liked the texture on her shirt, so I had her pose as if it was a really short dress. We originally were using the shirt because it was sheer, but after pushing the clarity slider (on a separate layer, on the shirt only) I really loved how the texture of the shirt looked on her. I also really liked how strong her arms looked here, which really made me love this image. She's in a doorway with a white sheet dropped in it, and 3 speedlights are behind the sheet at 3 different heights - one at her head, one at her torso, and one at her hips all shot at the same power. There's no fill here, all wrap around light coming from behind her and diffused by the sheet - although there's significant adjustments to the exposure in post. Nikon D90 | 32mm | 1/100s | ƒ8 | ISO100
