This was a 6 shot composite. There was a 20 second ambient exposure where most of the jetty was lit by moonlight, which also provided the motion blurred water on the right. The edges of the rock and the center crevice were light painted with flashlights. For the breaking wave on the left, I let my camera shoot continuous shorter exposures as I stood in the water and manually fired a speedlite.
