The neon butterfly has become somewhat of a portrait editing trend on the gram, so I'd thought I'd add my two pennies

It wasn't long ago that I discovered the power of Local Dodge and Burn for skin retouching, and swapped this out for Frequency Separation in my workflow. I've noticed huge differences in the amount of detail retained in the skin since then.
