timing and running both work rather well together, shot with the Panasonic S1 and 24-105 F4 lens at 70mm , the idea was to grab a shot with the subject being hugged by a wave while still being dry, had to time it with the wave and darted out like a mofo after the shot, risking gear for a fun little shot meh why not
