"Paradise Found" | iPhone 11 Pro Max with heavy post compositing
During COVID-19 lockdowns, something I enjoyed doing was exploring my own city and transforming "everyday" images during my walks. It's kind of strange that I've seen more of downtown Los Angeles in the past year and a half than I have the past decade, but such are the circumstances. Often, it would involve leaving the house with just the mobile phone and leaving my gear at home.
Sometimes, I'd take shots just because they look interesting and sometimes because I scouted and had a vision. This fell into the latter and with some Ps handiwork, created a final product that I liked. I guess if you want to look for a deeper meaning, it also symbolizes the way we have all had to make the best of a less than optimal situation.
